Upload error

So I'm reading a magazine called Parenting Early Years and see an ad for a product line called "Babyganics".  The ad says that I can upload a picture of my little "messmaker" and win a months-worth of free products.  I went to the site and previewed some of the submissions and then went to my online gallery and found a shot that I was sure might have a chance to win.  I tried uploading it twice and got an error message each time.  I was all excited to share this cute shot.  I've shared some pictures from Adam eating his chocolate pudding before on my blog but not this particular shot.  Now that I had it all prepared, I feel like I have to share so here it is:
